Part of our complete wellbeing programme is our cuisine with national and international specialities and creations. Italian elegance meets alpine flair, mediterranean meets regional. Nevertheless, our cuisine is traditional and down-to-earth.

Good morning sunshine

Start your day with full energy after an extensive breakfast buffet. We serve regional bread, homemade cakes, freshly made egg-dishes, fruit salad, different cheeses and sausages, homemade marmalades and much more.

You can enjoy your first meal of the day from 07:30 to 10:00 a.m.

Dinner is ready

Our dinner is composed of a 4 to 5 course menu with vegetarian options to choose. Of course fine wines from the South Tyrolean and Italian wineries are not missing. We also offer a generous salad buffet. Please let us know if you have any wishes, suffer from a food allergy or intolerance, so we can adjust the menu for you accordingly. We have a children’s menu for our little guests.

Dinner is served from 7 to 9 p.m.

Restaurant and Bar

You can enjoy the best from our alpine and mediterranean kitchen also for lunch or dinner à la carte in our restaurant, which is not only open for hotel guests. You can choose if you like to sit in our public bar, on the sunny terrace or in the cosy winter garden.

At our charming bar we serve homemade cakes like our grandma Hilda used to make. The whole day we make coffee with great passion. In the evening we serve a good glass of wine or a digestive next to the warm carmine. Our bar is open the whole day and gives you the opportunity to chill or chat with friends.

Always up to date

The heart of our bar is the newsstand. You can find a wide range of national and international newspapers and magazines as well as selected books. Boredom is out of place.
