Reservation
Down payment
For a firm reservation of your room we ask you for a down payment of 300,00 euro per room. We kindly ask for your understanding, if the down payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation. We recommend the conclusion of a trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation policy
- Up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, the booking can be cancelled free of charge.
- Cancellations from 30 days to 14 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained.
- In case of cancellation from 14 to 7 days before arrival, we charge 50 % of the total amount.
- In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, we charge 80 % of the total amount.
- In case of cancellations made one day before or on the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- If you depart before the end of your stay, we charge the total amount of your holiday.
