Down payment
For a firm reservation of your room we ask you for a down payment of 300,00 euro per room. We kindly ask for your understanding, if the down payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation. We recommend the conclusion of a trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation policy
Up to 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, the booking can be cancelled free of charge. In case of cancellation 13 days before the arrival date, we charge 50 per cent of the total cost. In case of late arrivor of early departure, we charge the total amount of your holiday.
