Check-in and check-out

On the day of arrival, your room will be ready at 2 p.m. On your day of departure your room is reserved for you up to 10 a.m. You are however more than welcome to leave your car in the car park and use all the hotel facilities except for your room for the rest of the day. Should you arrive after 7 p.m. we would kindly ask you to inform us by telephone.

Friends on Four Paws

Animals are welcome in our hotel. They are not allowed to enter the dining room or wellness area. We charge 15,00 euro per day for animals. Food is not included.

Reservation

Down payment

For a firm reservation of your room we ask you for a down payment of 300,00 euro per room. We kindly ask for your understanding, if the down payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation. We recommend the conclusion of a trip cancellation insurance.

Cancellation policy

• Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date, the booking can be cancelled free of charge.
• In case of cancellation from 60 to 21 days before the arrival date, we charge 300 euro per room.
• In case of cancellation from 21 to 7 days before arrival, we charge 80 % total amount.
• In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, we charge 100 % of the total amount.
• If you depart before the end of your stay, we charge the total amount of your holiday.
